Carla Byrd

HR Coordinator

Serving as the Human Resource & Payroll Coordinator, Ms. Byrd will be responsible for providing administrative support for the Human Resource and Payroll Departments. Ms. Byrd will provide support to all part-time employees to include: recruiting, job descriptions, new hire on-boarding, background checks, ADP task approvals, payroll processing, I-9/E-Verify and HR document storage.

Prior to joining CENTERS, Ms. Byrd served as the HR Coordinator for a temporary staffing agency, in which she worked closely with the payroll manager to ensure accurate completion of payroll records.  She also served as the HR Coordinator for a call center in which she collaborated with the recruiting department in order to ensure hiring target goals were met each week.
