Flexible Spending Account
Employees can set aside pre-tax money for medical and dependent care expenses up to a maximum of $5,000/year for each plan.Disability Benefits
- Short-Term Disability
- Pays 60% of weekly earnings to a maximum of $1000/week.
- Benefit period of up to11 weeks.
- 14-day waiting period.
- Long-Term Disability
- Pays 60% of basic earnings to a maximum of $6000/month.
- Benefits payable to age 65.
401(K) Plan
- Eligible employees may contribute after (1) one month of employment.
- Employees can contribute up to 100% of salary to a maximum of $16,500/year.
- CENTERS contributes 8% on an annual basis regardless of employee contributions.
