Mike Schneider

After five years as the Director of Campus Recreation at the University of New Haven, Mr. Schneider serves as the Director for Moraine Valley Community College.

In March of 2014, Moraine Valley Community College opened the $35.5 Million 113,000 square foot Health, Fitness, & Recreation Center.  Beginning in June of 2013, Mr. Schneider began the development of a business plan and the hiring of a comprehensive site team for Moraine Valley.  Under his leadership the site employs over 100 students from the college, generates significant revenues through community memberships and comprehensive programs and services.  

Previously Mr. Schneider led the development of the campus recreation department for the $15.5 million, 56,600 square foot David A. Beckerman Recreation Center at the University of New Haven.
