Paul A. Brailsford

Mr. Brailsford has over 20 years of experience in providing business planning and marketing consulting services to municipal and institutional owners of recreation and sports facilities. Prior to co-founding CENTERS, he co-founded Brailsford & Dunlavey, where he serves as its CEO. Brailsford & Dunlavey is a nationally recognized program management firm that serves higher education, independent school, and municipal clients. Before founding Brailsford & Dunlavey, he was vice president at MPC Associates where he directed a national sports facilities practice group. Prior to that, he was a real estate analyst specializing in hotel, office, retail, and resort properties with Halcyon Ltd.

Mr. Brailsford is a nationally recognized expert in the marketing and management of sports, recreation, and event venues and has provided planning and management services on a great number of such facilities throughout the United States.
