As part of our practice, CENTERS’ professionals produce and publish white papers, speak at industry conferences, and continually perform in-house research. Utilizing Brailsford & Dunlavey’s research and methods team, which continually acquires and disseminates the most current and usable data on recreation centers, CENTERS helps our clients continuously achieve their goals and enhance their management practices.

As part of this initiative, our collective staffs participate in a company-wide program called The CENTERS Program of Innovation. This program can be summarized as an annual company-wide self-assessment, using the industry standard in collegiate recreation as an initial benchmark to collectively “raise the bar” with regard to all the areas we manage. Our staff members work in cross-site teams based on their levels of expertise and focus to assess current best practices. Through this program, we have identified experts within our firm who ensure innovative practices are maintained at the highest standard.
